The Election Teams for the Order of the Arrow will be calling on Scoutmasters to set up te Order of the Arrow Elections. Please call them back promptly to set up a date, time, and place for your units elections.

Please remember that on the date of your elections, you need to have the following:

• A List of the Eligible Candidates
• Ballots for all Eligible Candidates
• A Current Charter, that Lists of all Members, as We Will Need Information Off of the Charter for the Elected Candidates.
• We Need to Have at Least 50% of the Registered Youth in the Troop There for the Election or we Cannot do the Election.

To All Boy Scouts, Scoutmasters, and OA Members:

The OA is sponsoring a bowling and video game lock in at The Brunswick Zone starting at midnight on Friday, March 9, 2012 until 6am on Saturday March 10, 2012. It is open to ALL registered Boy Scouts and Leaders. There will be bowling, video games, pizza, and pop.

BRING OUT YOUR WHOLE TROOP and use this as your March outing! Spread the word. I was there the last two years and had a great time.

There will be an OA Chapter Meeting at the Yorkville Congregational Church (409 Center Parkway, Yorkville, IL) every 1st Thursday of the month. The meeting starts at 7:30pm. All OA Members are encouraged to attend, (in uniform and with your OA sash).

They will be discussing upcoming events, any planned outings & fun activities, and keep you informed as to what is happening with the Lodge. Come for the fellowship and meet your fellow Arrowmen from the Maramech Hill Chapter of the Lowaneu Allanque Lodge.

To All Order of the Arrow Members:

There will be an OA E-Board Meeting at the VFW Post 6791, (43 N. Neltnor Boulevard, West Chicago, IL) every 3^rd Thursday of the month.  The meeting starts at 7:30pm.  All OA Members are encouraged to attend, (in uniform and with your OA sash). 

They will be discussing upcoming events, any planned outings, & fun activities, and keep you informed as to what is happening with the Lodge.  Come for the fellowship and meet your fellow Arrowmen from the entire Three Fires Council of the Lowaneu Allanque Lodge.

Directions to the VFW Hall are as follows:

Take Rt 59 NORTH toward West Chicago (Note:  Rt 59 becomes Neltnor Boulevard in West Chicago).  Go just about 2 miles past Roosevelt Rd, (aka Rt 38), and the VFW Post will be on your RIGHT (EAST) side. You will see a large jet on the front lawn.  Park on the South side of the building and enter there as well.
